Our family have been involved with Ability one for several years now and we have found Grant ,Matt and the team have managed our daughters trust with understanding, fairness and compassion in a very professional manner. The service and staff at Ability One are second to none. In 2008 I was struck down in my prime, becoming a quadriplegic at 29 years of age. Since then, I have commenced a rather painful journey involving numerous care providers, who often saw me as a “number” and not as a person. Thankfully, due to the advent of the NDIS, this was soon about to change.
I knew that Ability One was different from the rest when the CEO of the company, Grant White personally came out to my house to welcome me aboard. I was immediately struck with Grant’s humility, dedication, and good humour.
Since then, I have been very impressed with the staff at Ability One, particularly Natalie Copland, who always goes above and beyond what is required of her. As my main point of contact, I deal with Natalie on a day to day basis; basically, she is the one I turn to when I need help. Natalie is always able to fix whatever problem I have and does so in a respectful and considerate manner.
Overall, I am very impressed with the staff and service at Ability One. I sincerely thank them for making a huge difference in my day and making my life so much easier. I only wish that I came across their services sooner, however, I am very thankful I found them in the end.
